Rotary Ash Cooler
Application: Bottom ash handling for CFB boilers thermal power plant.
1. Overview
GTL-n series rotary ash cooler is a new generation of cooling equipment for the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler hot slag (around 1000℃). Its a most advanced and a very successful cooling technology. The drum use the new technology of composite cooling of inner ring spiral and screw pipe to make the heat dissipation much more efficient. The frequency converter of the transmission system can automatically adjust the output according to the change of the thickness of the bed layer.

3. Installation and operation
The rotary ash cooler is transported by whole body and without disassembly. After you receive it you can start installation immediately.
According to the main drawing of the rotary ash cooler, put the ash cooler on the embedded iron.(as below drawing) After the fixed position, weld the base with the embedded iron together. Also you can welding iron on both sides to prevent horizontal movement if it is necessary.
