Ash Conditioner/Paddle Mixer
The SJ Ash Conditioner/Paddle Mixer is used in the ash handling system of thermal power plants, which can prevent environmental pollution and improve the working conditions of operating workers. This machine can make the dry ash into a wet ash with suitable water content then send it to the next process. It can also be used as an conveying device for pneumatic ash handling system(fly ash handling system).
-The paddle is on double shaft, and the paddle material is iron-based wear-resistant alloy or composite ceramic.
-This machine is equipped with special atomizing nozzle and indicating water quantity adjustable system, which can monitor the water supply at any time to ensure the temperature requirement of the ash.
