The GDM2×10×17 and GDM3×14×30 type Hydraulic cut-off gate is a water sealed device for the SSC system of the power plant. It is used with Submerged scraper conveyor and Slag well.
The advantages of this product are:
a)The slag passes through the Slag well to Hydraulic cut-off gate and enters the Submerged scraper conveyor. Due to the water seal performance of the cut-off gate, the boiler’s thermal efficiency can be ensured and the boiler room can be kept clean.
b)There is a heat-resistant plate in the gate body. The outside is sealed to keep the gate body from deforming for a long time.
c)The hydraulic system has a working pressure of 12Mpa and a maximum working pressure of 16 Mpa. It guarantees that the door can support 5tons of slag during maintenance.
